The Founding Titan is capable of changing the form of any Eldian, and is able to transform them into a titan as large as the Colossus Titan.
It is able to alter, or delete memories.
It is also capable of clairvoyance, and telepathic communication.
The Founding Titan can only be used by someone in the Royal Bloodline.
